Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the shipment.

Inspection and Refund

Our team will inspect the returned gear within 5-7 business days of arrival, then issue your refund or ship out your exchange immediately.
